In the flowers now.
After all the bad reports coming out of the gorge, and all the great pics coming from Arizona(thanks John), and Texas, I decided to take matters into my own hands and do a little exploring and found this little gem of a spot.

Oh! Does that ever look inviting. Good going, Wade. This would look great in ESS or Flora for sure.

Beautiful. Is that Camassia nature park?

Beautiful color Wade. If I can make a suggestion I think either cropping the top 1/4 (tree trunks) and making this into an "expansive bouquet" or else including more of the trees and more of a "landscape." Just my take, the tree trunks drawing my eyes from the gorgeous flowers. :toast: :toast: :toast:

Beautiful mix of green, pink and purple. The DOF seems a bit shallow for a field of flowers to me, since the flowers back towards the trees appear to be out of focus.

Thanks Wade!

I'm glad you caught this. The eastern gorge bloom, etc., wasn't quite what it has been at times in the past and I think that makes it easy to quit looking for some of these treasures. While this year hasn't been outrageous so far, there is still some great stuff out there.

I'd vote for even a bit more saturation, but this is lovely.
