A good friend has the ablility to print but not mount panos (44"x17") and larger. How do others here deal with large dry mounting projects...sending them out does not seem to be cost effective just from a shipping cost standpoint, even if you could find a source.
Thanks,

I mount panos (large prints) on Sintra (the thick sintra).

Imagecraft in Phoenix can do them...

cost effectiveness is up to you...

I use Reed Photo in Denver for wood mounting of prints, especially panos. They do an excellent job. If you are in Colorado and have a sales tax license you can get mounting and printing for 50% off, if you generally make prints for resale. Just bring them your sales tax license and they'll set up your account. With the 50%, getting a nice large print mounted on wood costs WAY less than getting it framed.
