Great horned owl and owlets
I noticed that this mother owl and owlets had settled into a former hawk nest in a tall cottonwood not far from my house. The tree was nearly four stories tall and even with a 600 and 1.4 it was still a bit of a blow up. But I like the arrangement of faces.

I love the grouping here, Randall. Any chance of sharpening this up a little?

Great capture! I think I'd crop in even closer on their faces to get the distracting branches on the right and bottom out of the picture.

This is superb!
Hope you have enough pixels to make a nice enlargement of it.
Very well done, Randall!!

Very nice interplay with the whole family packed into a too-small condo.

A nice grouping indeed. I agree with Grant's crop suggestion and would perhaps make this a vertical rectangle instead of a square frame.

Nice shot! Really like those eyes!

Folks-- Thanks so much for all the comments. Here's a tighter crop of the image. Still not as sharp as I'd like it to be. I think I'll be investing in a 2X very soon.

Cool shot!

Great shot, but I would forget about getting a 2x. They are a fun novelty accessory, but quality photos are very difficult to come by when using it.

Nice job Randall. How big of a crop is this? I have a spot with a few owlets I ned to visit soon and see how they are fairing. Love the look of the youngster in front.
