Haw Creek Reflection
I went to Pam's Grotto yesterday afternoon knowing there would not be much water. After spending about an hour there, it really started getting dark in the grotto around 6 p.m. I hiked back to the truck, then decided I would ease over to the creek since I had my gear out anyway. This single frame/shot was taken about 6:30 p.m. The sun was still bright, but the creek was cast with a soft shadow.

Here is what the grotto looked like in the late afternoon.

Jan, my favorite is the first photo with the reflection.

These are both really nice. They do convey a sense of serenity and peacefulness. I think I like the first one a little better because I really like that warm reflected light. Well done!

Both really nice! Really like the use of the pano format.

That's a beautiful reflection image, Jan. The warm color contrasts well with the cool water. And the second photo has a calming mood to it that's really nice. Nice work!

I really like the first photo. The lighting is gorgeous and you've done a great job capturing it.
