Another great week on NPN with everything from snowy mountains to spring wildflower carpets!

The week was off to a good start with some more spring imagery by Steve Sieren and his "Rolled Poppies". What sets this photo apart from the many poppies is not only the beautiful light (which coincides with the poppies closing up), but the background interest which truly captures the rolling California landscape.

New member Piotr Czerski started out with a beautiful image of the Dolomites, "Tre Cime". The faintly visible mountain in the distance adds a wonderful sense of mystery, and depth.

Continuing on with mysterious mountains we have Gabi Lach's Cerro Torre dressed in some lovely moody atmospherics and calming blue light. That mountain must be on just about everyone's list to visit one day.. such an inspiring pinnacle of stone!

From the desert Daniel Ewert brings us a beautiful image from the Mesquite Dunes with a lovely and peaceful color palette. Contrary to the usual brilliant golds we see from these dunes the cool blues were a nice change.

Let's not forget the smaller things in life, and Anthony Vincent will make sure of that with his colorful "A Taboret's Dream". The mix of colors here is extraordinary!

And that leaves us with the weekly pick, Cory O'neill's "Winter's Warmth", a perfect composition of the wintery Oregon landscape. Light just doesn't get much better than that!

Great work everyone!

Looks like something got a little wonky with the formatting or cut and paste Floris. But thanks for the weekly recap - I really like these!
