I promised last week that I was going to post one of Haley's pics from the gathering, but got tied up with too many other things. This was her first attempt at macro, which she really took a liking to. This wild geranium was taken on the trail to Keefe Falls. Without any prompting from me whatsoever, she noticed the backlighting on several blooms and proceeded to plop down in front of them and start setting up a shot. I like the results, but I'm also her dad :smile:

Really nice work, Haley. You obviously have a talent for macro work. Shots like this are difficult to come by, and you did a great job. I look forward to seeing more! :toast:

Lovely image Haley. The translucence of the flower, the water droplets, and the simple color palette make for a fantastic shot. Well done.

Great translucent feel to this one. Haley needs to get this printed and hung on her dad's wall at work!
