Weather Time
This is a shot I took in 2008 out in the flint hills. I really haven't done anything with it other than look at it once in awhile. Guess my photo didn't match my vision at the time I took it but I have kept it just because it's unique to what I have.

I heard of what I believe was the first tornado warning issued just a few hours ago and happened to be very close to this spot and made me think of this photo. I happen to be heading back to this area in the early morning to help lead a tour of 5th graders out into the prairie and flint hills. So thought I would just throw it on here for some interest.

Only a slight curves adjustment mostly for contrast was made to this and then masked the foreground back to the lighter original tone.

Have a good weekend all.

I really like the clouds in this, you've captured a great scene here. I always seem to not have a camera on me when i see dramatic clouds like this.

A beautiful image to be sure.

Yes, it tis' the season for potentially nasty weather. We had bad storms in Arkansas this past weekend.

Love the colorful, dramatic sky. Good job on the terrain too.

This is really a dramatic shot, Brad. It would make a great canvas print.

Very dramatic Brad, good catch. And thanks for helping to promote awareness and respect for nature in the next generation. I'm sure your time and efforts with them is a very rewarding experience for you too. Thanks!
