Have always had a wren knocking about in the garden, over the years I have introduced log piles in the borders of the garden to encourage lots of beasties,in the hope the wren would one day nest in my garden.Last year my daughter bought me this wicker nest thing,I thought I will hang that in the little willow tree I have, hoping the wren would built and choose the nest,I wish I thought,I know they build a few.But to my delight my wish came true I watched it taking bits of moss etc inside and now they have settled for this one I am thrilled,I can see her very clearly when she goes inside obviously not getting to close to disturb her,so hopefully there will be plenty of wren shots in the pipeline when she is feeding the chicks, managed to grab this one she is never still for a second very hard to get a shot of her

You can't even begin to understand how jealous I am of this shot. I cannot get a worthwhile image of a wren to save my life. looking forward to some more if they are all as good as this.
