Plain can be nice
Garden Warbler
Taken half an hour ago at pool 1.
Strategically placed perches can be useful for getting stuff coming in.
(For those that don't like the wet shots ).
This perch however is a naturally growing Hazel above the pool.
Even though its a miserable wet day, birds often still use their favouite water hole for bathing

Neat image.

Very sharp with plenty of detail especially considering the fairly large crop.
I like the perch on the diagonal here and the way the bird is softly and evenly lit.
Much prefer a dull and wet day to horrible contrasty sunlight nine out of ten times.

A little beauty John the soft light has produced pleasing colours and bags of detail!

..Or in this case very nice indeed. Excellent capture but it's a bit of a shame about the BG patterns top right. Bags of detail and the light is nice and even. A beauty John.
