Wild Things
For the week of May 23-29 post images taken in the wild. This could be Flora landscape, wild flowers, trees, leaves, blossoms, etc. just so long as its something not grown in a garden or a nursery. Just remember the old song lyrics; Wild thing, you make my heart sing! >=))>

That is a tough assignment... a real departure from my usual work

If anyone needs ideas they can ask myself or Wayne Jones, the "master of the woods"

In all seriousness, this is a great idea and I'm sure the results will inspire my creativity, love the theme weeks Bill

Bill, great theme!
I really like the challenges to see and capture things possibly outside of our "usual".

Cool theme! I happen to have lots of wildflower shots so be prepared to be inundated

Excellent! I can't think of a more appropriate theme for a Nature Photographers Web site.

Since "in the wild" for this theme means " not grown in a garden or a nursery" you leave floral shooters with lots of options. Vacant lots and roadsides surround us all, and these common habitats are teeming with beautiful plant life, from flowers almost too tiny to see to trees that grow their flowers far above us. We can find The Wild from dowtown to the wilderness.

Tim, the flowers from my garden are not "real" ?
Getting a good angle, lighting, exposure and more is just as tough as getting a good image in the "wild". Since I sold my house and have no hopes of a studio any time soon, they are also even outside in the breeze.
