Fox Kits Summit County
Sure would like to have a 500mm lens like Kurt and Dan. Now on my wish list. Had a lot of fun watching these playful kits this week. Apparently being in the high country they were born much later than the pics posted by Bill Meikle. 5DMKII, 100-400 Canon IS

First thing I noticed, too, was how much younger these are compared to the ones photographed in Denver metro. The shots look dark to me, but with just a little adjustment, they'd be excellent. Now that you know where these cuties are, should be fun to photograph their age progression.

They are very young kits. Nice work.

Todd- Looking back thru my shots of the Kits- the ones in front of the evergreens did look darker than the open space shots. I could probably lighten them up a bit. They were not the color of Bill's more mature Kits or the mom. I guess I have to wait 48 hours to repost - right?

Adorable little critters. I'm with Todd about these being dark. Easy to fix though. Great catch, Bob!

Great find Bob! Like that eye contact in the second image.

Great captures, but they're all quite underexposed.
Would love to see reposts of all of them after they're fixed.

Bob, these are super cute! I agree, they look a touch on the dark side, but looks like you can easily correct that in PP. Great find! :toast:

Great find, Bob and I agree they could be lighter.
