Flatirons sunrise today
Hello,

Today's sunrise was pretty sweet - I visited one of Rick D's favorite spots and hoped for some clouds to make things interesting.

I used a D200, 18-70mm and a 2-stop ND grad.

The shot is looking west towards the Flatirons and Long's, just off of 128.

Of course, feedback is appreciated.

BAM! SAWEEEET! :jump: This is at first glance very simple, but as you look into it deeper it gets more and more complex! The Contrast and Color Contrasts are very interesting and reall make my eyes pulse! :toast:

Very nice Dave!!! Good for you for getting out!!! One thing I really like about this is that I know you are smack dab in the middle of the Denver metro area, but it looks like pure wilderness!! Awesome!!

Nice shot! I'm glad someone got a shot of it! I wish I had my camera... the fog around Eldorado Canyon and above boulder was amazing!

I was on the bus heading downtown when I saw that SCREAMING light. Wanted to dive out of the bus!

Glad you got it.

Wow, don't think you could have hoped for better clouds. Nice work.

I was up at windy saddle this morning and noticed the low fog/cloud bank up by Boulder. I was hoping that someone got to take advantage of it. What a great start to the morning.
