Razor Bill
One from last week, spent a few days with danny photographing seabirds. it was sooo hard to keep the white and blacks exposed nicely in quite harsh light. these are great birds to watch , they have very puffin like mannerisms.

very slight crop from the top.

Colours work extremely well Mark, BG in particular, looks like the weather was kind to you.

Nice detail and congrats in retaining the eye. Always love that 'Kodak' inside throat, good to have a little splash of colour in an image. Might lose a tad off the top for me, but still a very good image IMHO. :toast: :toast: :toast:

A fine portrait and all the more interesting thanks to the open beak. The thrift in the foreground adds extra interest.
A little fill in flash would have worked well here in brightening the white plumage and adding a little sparkle.

Love the open beak and the image is well exposed. Not easy at all!

Hello Mark.

Thats a really beautifull shot and the open beak showing of that yellow inside really makes this for me.
