Chase County falls redux
I went out to Chase County Lake Fri. evening to find some flowers and new green grass but was disappointed that the area closest to the lake wasn't burned again this year.

After seeing Scott's post from the other day I didn't even think the falls would be worth shooting but was very pleasantly surprised to find them flowing very well. It was pretty still but there was enough air movement from the water to make the leaves move in this 2 1/2 sec. exposure. This is taken from about the same spot as Scott's a few days earlier.

Wow Ken that is amazing the difference in the water flowing! Must have been some real toad stranglers between our visits.

Nice shot, I like the shutter speed you used, nice silky water.

This is a great shot too, and definitely more flow than Scott's. Amazing the difference a couple of hard rains will make.
