Have been a passenger on this site for some time, love the pictures posted and the critiques are very informative. Time to put my toes in the water so looking forward to any comments - good or bad.
PS - any recommendations for Mac programme to compliment Aperture as whilst I find this very easy to use it appears to have limited capacity to resize pictures.
Hi and welcome to the forum.
A nice first post showing the family group of Moorhen's.
The blue sky works well here in adding a welcome splash of colour to the water.
Hi James,
welcome to the forum.
Very nice first post. I like the composition, the head turn of mother Coot
to the young. Good timing and good eye. Bertl
Thanks for the comments. I must point out that this is not my first post as I posted a couple of pics about three years ago and soon realised that they were not up to the high standard of the forum. However viewing the posts of others and their attached critiques has helped (hopefully) improve my technical abilities and I will try and get some more pics posted soon.
