Red Roof Inn
The hardest part of getting this shot? Climbing up on the roofs and turning those stupid horses to face the way they are!

This is excellent!!
Those steeples and rooflines are composed perfectly. And of course the background works perfectly as a backdrop. Did you plan this shoot or was it spur of the moment?
No matter, it's a real beauty...well done, Todd! :toast:

I like it!

Wow, that's great! Every thing seems to fit perfectly. The colors really stand out against the background and it's a really nice composition.

Did you have a drink on the house while you were up there?

This is wonderful, Todd. My only nit is the horses aren't facing the same way. Can you climb back up there?

Outstanding use of these elements and the colors. Wonderful light on the steeples and great clouds behind. This is a striking image. :toast:

Excellent comp and of course you seamlessly incorporated some clouds, I imagine you wouldn't have it any other way.

The best photo I've seen lately.

Very, very nice Todd! Killer in so many ways! And good to see a little different take on this spot. In fact, I'm sitting here trying to figure out where the hell you were standing to take this! HA!

What? You couldn't blow hard enough?

That would be a beautiful shot even without the clouds.

Todd, this is great. Would love it for my Barn Portfolio. Very original take on this barn. Love the horses facing each other. Did they renovate this barn lately? Looks like it. Joe.

I like the creativity behind this. The reds really stand out against the dramatic clouds.

Like the others said, superb composition combining it with the mountain backgrd. The red roof makes this pop, in fact it popped right off my monitor and you wouldn't believe how difficult it was to corral those 2 horses running around my room.

Very nice tight comp! Great colors and backdrop :)

LOL, Don!
This is fantastic. I like that the horses are facing opposite directions. Nice contrast and a perfect background.

The bright red against the clouds is catchingly vibrant. I think the background makes the shot stand out. My eye is also caught by the opposing convex and concave roofline curvatures.
