Hi All,

I have just booked easter bank hoiliday and a couple of days into the following week away in Wessington in Derbyshire.

I would like to have a couple of days trying to get images of Dipper, Peregrine and SEO.

I will also be looking to get some Landscapes

I will be travelling by car so can get to any part of the Peak District.

I will also be taking all my kit 20D,1D MKII,600mm,300mm,16-35mm 1.4x conv, tripod, etc

If anyone can help with locations that would be great.

Feel free to PM me if you don't want to post on the forum

TIA

Regards

Rob

Hi I have a good spot for dipper if you feel like coming to blackpool some time.

Went to Dovedale a few years back and there were plenty of Dipper opportunities along the river. Far too many people for my liking so I've never gone back though.

Hi rob
try http://www.peakdistrictonline.co.uk/content.php?categoryId=1114 loads of links for everything here and http://www.derbyshireos.org.uk/ do a search for dipper and it will give you loads of info. I usually go to edale and walk up to kinder scout either via grindsbrook or by the penine way route, there are grouse everywhere and the landscapes oportunities are all around. look out for some really strange rock formations as well.

If you are after dippers the best place is Lathkill Dale, but you will have to be there early because of the way the light tracks through the day.
