Shooting Stars
I'm finally getting out a bit more after being busy, busy, busy. I went to the UW-Arboretum today, hoping to find some trillium (too late). But, I did find these shooting stars.

The first was photographed with my Pentax K20D, Pentax 67 135mm macro, extension tubes, f/16, 1/10", while the second was photographed with my DA* 50-135 (effective FL=230), f/11, 1/350". Both images at ISO 200.

Enjoy,

Tim!

Both nice but like the second a bit better.

I think I prefer the first one; it's tighter and it's a bit easier to hone in on the center of interest.

I'll second Kendall on this, but it just shows everyone has different tastes. BTW, I thought I was going to see actual shooting stars.

I agree the first one show the flower off better. Don't think I've seen any of these.
