Gravel Ponds
Hey everyone,
Now that my spring semester is done, I have been able to get back out and start shooting again!! Anyways I thought I'd share this one, which I shot at the gravel pond in Chatfield state park the other morning. As always I welcome any critique's that any of you might have for me. Thanks for taking the time to look at my work.

I'm not lovin' the dirt patch in the LLC, but other than that, the only thing I'd change is to display it at the allowable 720-pixels-wide size so we can better bask in its beauty. It's a sweet shot, Brandon.

I'll echo Todd's thoughts and add that there appears to be something funky going on in the ULC. Very pretty shot though.

This is real pretty!! I would also like to see a larger version.
Perhaps slightly burning in the dirt patch would be an asset, but it doesn't really bother me.

Thanks guys,
I would have to agree that that plot of dirt does bother me as well; I think I will burn it out. And I will repost a larger version, so you can see it a lot better.

I thought the first version was just fine (who knew a simple gravel pond could look so good?), but the second version is indeed much better. Good job!
