Per request from John to post some of my underwater photographs, I finally got around to processing some of the better shots. This was my first time with an underwater housing, and I have a lot to improve upon on future trips. Overall though, it was a very cool experience, and I hope you all enjoy the shots. C&C is always welcome, especially if there are any underwater photographers on here.
Even though these images show the importance of composition and subject matter in every type of photography, I gotta say, if this is your first attempt at underwater photography, these are downright scary good!
Todd, thank you. There is definitely a lot of on land techniques that you can utilize underwater, but there are a lot of things that are different as well. I definitely have a lot to improve on though, but I enjoy the opportunity to shoot underwater, so I will be working on it.
Koveh ~ These are sweet!! It appears you have mastered the technique of shooting underwater. The shot of the two divers going thru the slot of the canyon is especially nice! Well done!
These are all great Koveh, never would of known you've never shot underwater images before!. I really like the Wreckage image above, and the Slot canyon with the 2 divers in the link!.
Every one of these is a beauty, Koveh!
You sure picked up on it quickly. This seems to me to be professional caliber work.
I loved sharing your adventure via these images. If you have a Part 2, please bring it on!
