Big in the frame and maybe not what everyone likes but your comments are welcome. It was taken at the very end of the day hence the ISO but I think the camera handled it quite well..

Kind regards,

Brett

Canon 5D Mk II, Sigma 150 Macro
1/8 sec @ f14, ISO 1250 (It was near dark)

Hi Paul,

No they are absolutely parallel and you can just see the overlap at the tip...

Hi Brett - only slight nit for me is the OoF open flower head top right corner - drags my eye a bit. It won't be a problem for some folk so no worries :wavey:

I wish I was this good with butterflies - me and them just don't seem to get on. Nicely exposed and processed Brett:wavey:

Great image Brett. I agree slightly big in the frame but no big deal. One that I would be pleased to get. :toast:

A little large in the frame for me, but I'll forgive you because of the caracking detail in both butterfly and flower.

I can't mark a shot down that has one of my favourite butterflies sitting on one of my favourite wild flowers so it's top marks from me. I'd love one like this.
