Dunes 2010
Enjoyed my windy journey into Dune World for the third straight year. I live for what I call the "Sangre Sunset Event." The lighting was intense, and memorable..as usual. Lots of Camera/Lens/Wind/Sand/defense. Came out unscathed. Delivering something new to this seasoned "Dune" viewership is not easy, so I went with out there with an abstract idea. I hope you like the photos.

Love "Light Flow" and "Light Trickle"!! And the shot with your daughter is cute - is she a gymnast?

I have to agree with CAZ that 'Light Flow' and 'Light Trickle' are my favorites, along with that utterly charming image of your daughter (..what a superb pose!!) and Crestone Peak.

We may be 'seasoned Dune viewers', but this is a whole 'nother spice rack! Great work, Kane! :toast:

3 for 3. I agree wholeheartedly with CAZ and John. Great work all around.

Ditto big time for "Light Flow and Light Trickle!" What a memorable photo for you and your daughter. That is a stellar shot! Outstanding work on all of the shots.

Hey, the sooner someone can take over the Dunes' duties the better, Todd--im tired of scratched corneas and sand in my ears!

I'll say it before and ill say it again--Nothing beats the dunes! Great series, Kane. I especially like light trickle and that shot of your daughter is a total classic--glad you had a successful outing.

Low Light, Light Trickle, Journey, and the shot with your daughter are all my favorites and I would be hard pressed to pick which one I like best. It was hard to even narrow it down to those. Your work on the Dunes is just other worldly.

Wow, what a feast for the eyes!!! The Crestone Peak shot is insane, the dunes shots pure eye candy. Light Trickle is especially nice. :toast:

In addition to the Flow and Trickle images, I like Rippled Light for the fine texture in the lower left and its gradient of light and ripple spacing that flows to the upper right.

Great series, I was out there on Sunday but haven't had a chance to edit yet.
