Just got back from a trip to the southern coast of Oregon and the Northern coast of California. Had a spectacular time. This is a snapshot from our hotel balcony at Bandon where the sky opened up long enough for a really nice rainbow over the water. I'm posting this only because it was the first time I've been able to catch a complete rainbow. It's not much more than a quick snapshot...The 17mm TSE is really nice for wide landscapes. I didn't need to shoot at f/11, but that was the setting from earlier in the morning. Anyway, more shots from the coast and the redwoods coming soon.
Thanks for the comments everyone. I appreciate them. I say snapshot because there wasn't much thought to the composition, not much choice for a comp either.

Excellent shot, even if a "snapshot".
However, a full rainbow is 360 degrees and typical can only be seen in the air :)
