Fauna Gallery showcased many fine images this week. As always, many postings could legitimately be honored as “Pick of the Week” and the choice is always difficult. We encourage you to take another look! Here are some of this week’s highlights:
Jack Neal shared a grizzly sow and two cubs at Yellowstone, Family At The Lake .
Bill Meikle posted a superbly crafted image. American Badger portrait.
Howard Cheek submitted a delightfully original view of a Koi. His image is called Tiny Bubbles .
Charlie Van Tassel had a potentially strong-smelling subject as a strong contender for weekly pick, Striped Skunk.
But the ultimate choice for Pick of the Week goes to Ajit Huilgol for an image filled with the tension of angles and a spring-loaded leopard, barely hanging onto the side of a tree with its claws! View it large for full effect of direct eye contract and to appreciate the flying bark, Leopard or Spiderman?
Thank you to all fauna gallery participants for posting many exceptional images and special thanks for your willingness to share by commenting on the postings of others!
