Yellow Warbler - close up
Here's a close-up shot. Different bird, different lighting, but same area as the distant shot I posted earlier. This is cropped a bit(took it landscape orientation). The EXIF data says about 9 meters from subject, but not sure how accurate that is. I was lucky enough to be pretty close and watch him warble for awhile. Thanks.

Nice catch, as was the other. Good detail on the plumage, thanks for sharing!

I like it a lot, Michael. Sweet capture of a beautiful bird doing what he was born to do!

Another great catch. It has been difficult to photograph warblers this year because the leaves came out well before the warblers returned.

Thanks all. It's a lot easier when they sit out in the open and pose for you!

Very, very nicely done. Great pose and wonderfully complementary colors between the plumage and the background.
