Yellowthroat Merge
I have been shooting a lot of Common Yellowthroats lately, a favorite of mine. It isn't often that you can catch a pair in the same frame and when I do it's usually along with obstructing grasses and branches so I thought I would try and merge a pair captured separately and merge them. This is the same female I posted a week or two ago now together with her mate. I would love to hear your comments on how this looks and what might have been handled better in the merge.

This is great Craig! Excellent detail in both photos and I like how seamless you made the merge.

Craig, this is great. I don't get the sense that this is a photoshop comp, they blend nicely together.

I agree with what others have said. This looks like you shot it as it shows. There are even radiating ribs in the grasses beneath them that appear to be consistent.

Very nice merge Craig. My only suggestion might be to burn the stick on the left a bit to make it match the stick on the right. Otherwise, this one looks great.
