This is an old abandoned truck buried by the big mud-slide a few years ago in the eastern Sierra. Jason Blankenship and I had a fun morning wandering around the old vehicles and junk in the area.

Harley, were the keys still in it? Looks still drivable to me. These old truck images you've posted sure bring back years past for me as a ranch hand during my youth.
The B&W and shallow DOF just really adds so much to the vintage look all the way around too. Would no doubt be a great classical shot for those who can relate to an era many years ago now.
Would this have been above the Whitney Fish Hatchery? Anyway It's a great image and the power of the flood is evident in the mass of dirt stuck in the radiator.
Junk and old stuff must be your new calling! Well, at least you've been finding and capturing some really cool images. The old portrait lens just seems so perfect for these scenes. Now the mud covered old truck is of course the main story, but I think another chapter in that story is the inclusion of the other vehicle in the background. That really tells a lot here and I think finishes off the image. Very cool!
