Hi this is my first post so I hope I have done it correctly, here is a silver studded blue taken in Buckinghamshire yesterday
Nikon D300, Nikon 105mm macro and 1.4tc, 1/15 @ f11, all c&c welcome.
Welcome .Nice debut . Dust bunnies covered but the highs are a tadge hot with some space between the butterflies head and leaf behind would have improved things .Congrats on your first post
A slightly higher view point would have been good to separate the butterfly from the leaf in front and its a shame that there is damage to one of its wings but its difficult to find the perfect specimen, Nice and sharp though with a good background, Look forward to more
Hi Shaun and welcome, a good first image with all the nits covered. Just one thing though, it looks to me to be a male Common Blue. Lokking forward to more.
