The Skies Above My House
I haven't been able to get out shooting much in the last 6 weeks, except around my house. I'm blessed to have a great view over the city towards the east so get to witness some great sunrises and storms as they move out over the plains. The first one is a beautiful sunrise about 10 days ago.

This next one is from a storm coming over a few days ago, had some real funky colors in the clouds. No post-processing on this shot other than to resize and slightly sharpen.

Last one is from last night. This was the second night in a row that anti-crepuscular rays were visible at sunset (shot is looking southeast, opposite the sunset).

Nice work here, Scott. I think #2 is really special though. I just love that one. Very artistic. I think cloning out the small patch of leaves on the right edge, about halfway up, would help this image.

Great images! Really like the clouds in the second image.

Wonderful sky captured in #1. Maybe clone out the leaves sneaking in on the LHS. And a very nice example of anti-crepuscular (say that 3 times fast) rays in the last. Goes well with your sun pillar from last fall. Getting quite a collection of atmospheric optical features.

#1 is really beautiful and #2 is just crazy. Well done!

The foreground subjects don't do anything for me but the skies are amazing.
