Don t know if anyone remembers my last wren post when they were building the nest, well they are successfully raising their chicks now.I have been trying to capture a shot of them with natural food but she is having none of it flys straight in the nest.I have loads though of her with a mealworm posing lovely, well you have to give them a helping hand don t you Would have liked the light better 1/250 is pretty low I think for a wren but managed a few
thanks everyone Phil the background is the same one I used with one of my fieldfare images,I have a very long garden and at the bottom is a painted shed with a dark coloured plant growing up with a acer in front of that, and it just blends to give me this colour, although with the different light it has come out lighter than that on the fieldfare image

I only get spiders on my rotting tree trunk. A really excellent image, IMO.

Other than just cloning out a few little pale spots (bait crumbs?) by the Wrens feet, this is a cracking image that I would be very pleased with myself, well done!
