Hi All,

I am wondering if anyone knows of any articles (on-line or in print) discussing the benefits of scenic landscape shots. IE: therapeutic benefits helps people relax, etc. I am putting together some new marketing info and I'd like to include a quote from a published article in my literature. Any help is greatly appreciated. Thanks!

It was very therapeutic for us when a hospital bought enough 20-24's from us to put one in each room, plus 30x40's for reception, offices and boar room! :jump:

I don't know of any references, but obviously our client believed in the principle.

Here is an article from MSNBC that discusses the benefits of nature photography. I remember it because they used my photo for it :)

And then there are all those Web Powerpoint documents going around with wonderful nature and landscapes with inspirational writing attached that make the rounds. Inspirational writings with images have been around forever...thus, they must work for someone! Posters, too. Check out the many National Geographic sights for commentary...after all, inspirational photography is what NatG is all about...their images are hopefully going to get you off your butt and help whatever it is they are pushing...this is not a bad thing.
