There are so many, I'm not sure of this one. Probably the best detail I've been able to get so far though. Thanks folks for help!

Looks like a Song Sparrow - I'd listen to the song online which I'm sure it was singing and that should help confirm this to you. They are fairly common and look (at least to me) similar to the far more elusive Fox Sparrow which has darker streaking on the breast (which of course can't be seen here)

I agree with Luke. This is a Song Sparrow. A Fox Sparrow would also be a little bigger than a Song and more rusty colored.

Thank you Jeff and Luke. I appreciate the info, forgot to mention it was NE PA near a lake too. Shot a few minutes later, different bird??
