Mt Evans sunset
I went to Mt Evans Sunday hoping to catch a decent sunset at the tarns near Summit Lake. The clouds looked like they were gonna totally dissipate but a few hung in there for me. I know there is a slight tilt and I'll correct that. My desktop monitor shows this as OK in PS but highly oversaturated when I exit and show as regular tiff on same monitor....weird.

Also got a chance to use PS5 content aware with the healing brush. There were 2 of the tall snow poles I had to remove along with their reflections in the water.

I have another shot I'm working on with some rays in it that I hope will come out...I'll post it later.

C&C welcome

Great shot! As long as this looks good in PS it should look fine on *most* monitors, as it does on mine, as PS is color-managed whereas it won't be color managed if you're just viewing it in a folder outside of PS.

Looks great on my monitor, you got some great color! I like the various patches of water in the image, really gives it nice depth.

The saturations look fine on my monitor. Nice composition.

Great shot. I probably drove right by you. Was up there Sunday as well.

Great cloud color. I actually like how much saturation there seems to be (on my monitor anyway). It gives the grass a little more of a pleasing reddish tone.

Great shot and colors Jack!

Nice image! I enjoy the colors. The edges of the clouds seem a bit "off" perhaps a bit too sharp or something but that could just be me. I'd love to see a scene like this.

Great shot! Certainly not what I would normally think of when titled "Mt. Evans sunset"!

There's something about this that gives it a real 3D effect. I think it's those closer clouds. Really cool.

I agree with everyone else. This is a very pleasing shot. My one nit is the little red bush at the bottom RHS. I see it and it draws me right to it. I don't see enough of it and I find myself asking what is that thing? It looks out of place with the rest of the image.

Great composition and colors, the clouds look a little over sharp in this JPEG but they looked fine in the print you showed me.
