Slavonian Grebes displaying
Its been a while since I last posted an image as I have been away so much so I just thought I would post this shot which I took in Iceland. I went for three weeks and it is an amazing country with endless photographic opportunities. This image was taken in the last light of the day. I have put some more images on my blog if anyone wants to take a look.

Canon 1D MK4, 500mm Lens, 1.4x Convertor, F5.6, 1/320, ISO 200

Danny,

That is one gorgeous image, the low pov and the low angle of the lighting are great, and to have the two of them facing each other is just the icing on the cake.

Lovely as stated Danny - dare I say it may need a touch of CW rotation however ? :toast:

Beautifully captured Danny, nice to see an upload! I agree with the slight clockwise rotation though. A minor niggle, on a wonderfully lit image!

Paul. :wavey:

lovely.
Liking the inclusion of the distant shore to give it a top.

"Its not my fault I am vertically challenged" Is that southern speak for "dinnae blame me, I'm only wee"?

That's better - now I'm not falling over
