40D 1/500s f/6.3 ISO200 400mm Tripod Hide

I was praying for a grebe to come close but all I got was coots and mallards surrounding my hide. But with the light being so good I had to take a few images :biggrin:

Any c&c is appreciated

This is a lovely shot, and I cannot understand why it has not received more attention. I do think that you have a little too much white space at the botton, and the picture would be improved by trimming some of it off.

Thanks for the comments, your probably right David as it would put more focus on the bird.

Lovely, soft atmospheric shot.I would take a little off the bottom as well.
