Ok technically poor and I know this is a serious site but I thought this was amusing given the atrocious weather up here.Trying to get a decent shot in the wind.Seriously--any tips on shooting in the wind appreciated?

A couple of suggestions: You could probably have used iso800 here, without hurting the pic. Whitebalance is a bit off, I would in levels push the right hand slider to the left where the histogram ends. Also for presentation you should use full allowable size (640 on the long side).
