Cormorant taken a couple of years back, it had just finished fishing and was drying its wings out as the sun came up.

Excellent shot Dale, the depth and texture in the wings is fantastic. The coulour of the water and the bird are also good.
Would have been nice to see a bit more of the head in the same light and it needs some counter clockwise rotation in my view.
Apart from that - really sweet.

Beautiful
A Chris says, it just needs a few degrees rotation.

Hi Dale,
Lovely colours, lovely light. I might try and lighten the eye a little more to help it stand out as well as the slight rotation already suggested.
Cheers
