Snow Day
Figuring a snow hike is better than a driving rain hike, and needing some altitude, we headed to Berthoud Pass yesterday. Although CO Mines Peak is a tad cluttered on top, it presented no route finding issues in whiteout conditions and gave us a much needed chance to stretch our legs while avoiding dreaded June cabin fever.

On the pristine top of CMP - my wife, Marla (in red), our friends Mark and Rita (back), dogs Abby (yellow) and Char.

Squalls and false clearings continued to move through the area.

Woohoo! Cool stuff, Dave. First and last are really nice. Those poor dogs look like they're miserable -- NOT!

Break out the skies! Amazing what we can enjoy at any given time in this state.

Really like the sky peeking out of the clearing image and a nice view of the road. Nice images.

I really like the frosted trees, clouds, and winding road in #3!

No sandy beaches and Mai Tai's?
