Inspired by a photo in Joel Truckenbrod’s latest book I decided to visit Grand Portage State Park a few weeks ago to photograph High Falls. I managed to sneak in and out between rain storms. There are a few more photos on my website.
Really nice series Phil. I agree with Kendall, 0423 is a great shot with the water movement in the foreground framed by the ridges. Looks like a cool place to spend some time exploring!!

Looks like a great location and time for the falls to be flowing.
I wonder if you should follow Joel a little further and take some of these to monochrome? The colors are nice but I think these would look great as black and white.

Phil... I'd get back there in the fall. ...almost looks like Oregon!

Phil, I'm curious as to what kind of options you have at these site (i.e. different vantage points). I'm guessing they're pretty limited.
I looked over the High Falls shots on your site and I'd agree with the suggestion above about considering converting at least some of them to b/w, particularly the sectional shots (e.g. 0437).
