Horsetooth reservoir
I was witnessing a beautiful sunset day before yesterday in horsetooth area - thought of sharing a picture with you all - nice flowers coming up in that area as well. Still struggling with post processing - do they look a little too dark ?

Thanks for your critique and comments on this.

I like the unusual composition and the warm colors - but yes, it does appear a little dark on my monitor. I wish I could see more detail, especially in the foreground rocks and the plants on the left-hand side. Not too much, or else you'd lose the mood - maybe half a stop lighter in the foreground?

Nice collection. The textures in the rock of the top image here are interesting. These photos do appear a little dark to me too (although I like your first linked image dark as it is and I wouldn't lighten up your top image pictured here very much). For the others I would attempt to keep the skies dark and lighten up the foregrounds a bit more.

I really like the image you have presented here, maybe a touch dark in the foreground. I love seeing images from the 'Tooth -- brings back fond memories of a lot of time spent up there.

Nice comp and nice warm color. Could be a lighter.
