50D, 180/3.5, Benbo1 + BH1
ISO640, 1/125 @ f10.
ACR5.3 + resize & sharpen CS4
Almost full frame....

One from this morning, quite rare and we only found two at this location... hopefully more soon.

Amazed to even get a sharp image at all with the 'gale' force wind blowing through...

Absolutely lovely image Phil, love the complimentary curves of the fern against the wing of butterfly, very jealous of this one well done - had the same wind here, very trying to say the least so makes this one all the better.

A beautiful specimen beautifully captured. Superb background and perch. Not a lot more you could want. We had gale force winds here all day as well - as if macro work isn't difficult enough

Very pretty indeed. The fern completes the comp nicely. Never seen or photographed these before, may be one day...

Love the detail and nice clean b/g here Phil. The unfurling fronds on the fern add to a beautifully taken shot.
