I am looking to buy a teleconverter to use with my Nikon 70-200mm lens and am trying to figure out the difference between the TC20EII and TC20EIII. The III is $150 more at B&H Photo.
From the description on the Nikon web site the only difference is that the III has "Aspherical Lens Element" and one less group (5 vs.6). I am not sure what that really means and if it is worth the $150. Anyone with experienced in these teleconverts have an opinion?

I can't give you specifics, as I've never used either, BUT I know Brad Hill has given the NEW TC a rave review which I believe can be located on his website.
The Nikon TC-20E III is Nikon's first new teleconverter since the 1990s.
The older TC-20E and TC-20E II are the same thing as each other.
This new TC-20E III offers a new optical design, adding an aspherical element, which may offer better performance with some lenses. It is also shorter than the TC-20E and TC-20E II.
