Big Hare
700mm f7.1 1/1250 iso500 Full Frame

Hi all

Do you think this is a bit large in frame?!!!

Had a great session this morning with a group of hares, I've never known such a confiding bunch! Also had a stoat pop up five foot in front of my lens - too close to photograph obviously. And then, to top off the morning, I stroked a mole!
Good times

Great stuff !
I'll get a good one next year if it kills me !
By the way,- I stroked a mole last week in the garden here- with a shovel .
   :frown: :frown:
Cheers

Just a touch more room needed at the bottom but I like the big in frame aspect with that huge nose and ears.. Nicely done.

I think this works very nicely Simon, but agree with Brett re: a tad more space at the bottom. Lovely to see that eye contact....very nice indeed.

I echo a little more room at the bottom but a beautiful "in your face" hare portrait. Am extremely envious. :wavey:

Lovely shot and pose. About the space around everything is said.

Size in the frame is perfect for me - wonderful hare shot :toast: I'm not sure about all this mole stroking though!!

I'm not a big fan of "large in the frame", but it works well here. Great and very detailed shot.

A little more room at the bottom would be nice but still an excellent result.
