Anybody using Shozam?...need help with issue

I've had Shozam business edition for two years...no problems. I used it last month and recently tried to use it again and it simply won't open. The only thing that has changed is that I performed a disk cleanup on my PC (Vista) recently. I've uninstalled and re-installed three times...I've gone to their support forum and gotten no answers. Has anybody else had this trouble and what did you do to fix it?
