Same Fox Different Day
went out this morning did the same as before layed down covered myself in grass and on que the fox appeared about the same time, but as he came walking towards me he stopped about 40 meters away and started sniffing the air, he could obviously smell me but was puzzled as he couldn't see me, he came just a few meters more so he could see over the small mound between us and I took my shot, before he run off.

Lovely Dale,

An intimate and powerful image. I really like the wet fur on the fox.

Cheers

Another good one Dale. The oof cut grass does give it a misty atmosphere which is further emphasised by the wet fur.

Looks like a fox ascending into heaven

I prefer the previous shot posted but this one has its merits too. It is certainly unusual. The central comp doesn't work for me but I can see why you chose it. Congrats on working out the pattern of behaviour - it may lead to more images.

Cheers,
Chris
