Forster's Tern???

Forster's Tern???
This a a few others were sharing space in a least tern colony. I believe he is a forster's tern but will defer to the experts. Size was similar to a least tern. This may rule out forester's???

I believe this is a Common Tern because of the dark carpal-bar

A Common Tern in transition from breeding to non-breeding plumage. As Mia notes, the black carpal bar where the wing meets the shoulder is definitive.
