The process begins.
This wood pigeon had come to a sticky end, the blue bottles were homing in, to take part in the process of decay.

A thought provoking image David of something we all see out and about, amazing how nature breaks down the dead and in some cases depending where the dead have died their remains replenishers the earth/soil,giving back, wonderful and a very good image that tells this story.I hope you are well to,all the best   :wavey:

An interesting take on a natural process . Image wise the yellow beak is an eye puller and the hard shadows obtrusive .A little bit of gardening with the green leaf ?

Good natural process shot. The detail in pretty strong too - agree with Mark that the yellow peak pulls the eye.
