Teal drip
One taken earlier in the year. A number of teal came in relatively close. The weather conditions were bright and the ice in the bottom of the frame was just beginning to melt. Does the low amount of dof in this work overall or do you think I need the legs sharp - does this matter?

Ian...

Super, I really like this...... love the limited DoFand the centre of focus....

I was going to say it would have been nice to get the full reflection (if possible) but that would have meant backing off and losing the limited DoF, a pleasure to view..

All the important bits are sharp and in my opinion composition is spot on, there is enough detail for instantant identification and enough "art" to enhance it, well done :toast:

Hello Ian.

Love the eye contact and the drip. Just the right amount of DOF to make this a strong image.
