Tawny owl (c)
I have all ways wanted to do a tawny owl with a 14mm there's not much chance to do this in the wild as they can be extremely aggressive even though I have found plenty of wild birds, so with the help of Mark Sisson's on one off his bird of prey days I got a chance.

Phil.

I like the idea Phil, and it works to a certain extend, but am not sure about the exaggerated distortion due to the framing of the trees so close to the edge. A fresh and interesting perspective nonetheless.

It works for me. Lovely shot. Well done.

Certainly a different perspective Phil. Not sure that the dappled foliage behind the owl works for me but certainly bags of potential.
