CNM Sunset
We just got back from our trip to the Grand Junction/Moab areas. We had a blast! Along with some desert hiking, we hiked some up on the Grand Mesa and in the La Sals. Sure was a cool reprieve from the desert heat - it was almost like being on a different planet. Unfortunately, we just didn't have time to hit Dominguez Canyon. Maybe next time!

This was taken at sunset in CNM with Independence Monument on the left. Comments appreciated.

Canon Rebel XTI, tripod
10-22 mm lens
3S soft GND
ISO 100, F11 @ .5 sec.

Very nice comp and the colors are great. This will look good as a large print hanging on your wall.

You've captured a lot of detail in the shadows and that's a great sky. If this isn't a crop I might have included a bit more FG in the lower frame. Really nice one Angela!
